Mr. McNall graduated from the University of Dayton and the Detroit Police Academy in 1968 initiating a 38-year career in Field Service, Management, Training and Consulting in Law Enforcement. His experience includes management of a major police academy, nationally recognized consultant and trainer in the areas of School Violence, Critical Incident Management, Interviewing, Project Planning and Problem Solving. He currently serves as the President of BowMac Educational Services, Inc. and BOWMAC Software, Inc. MHA collaborates with BowMac in the design and delivery of custom critical incident and emergency management training programs for our clients. BOWMAC has extensive experience training and preparing K-12 school districts in emergency response and recovery in accordance with the National Incident Management System.
