more >Following over a year of development and review, the U.S. Department of Education developed the new handbook to provide assistance to institutions of higher education working to meet the campus safety and security requirements of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended. The new handbook includes the 2008 amendments to the Jeanne Clery Act as well as the new campus fire safety reporting requirements.
